How to replace a flavour core

Pull the old core straight out, drop in a fresh one, and reseat the Flow Dot or barrel.

  1. Pull the old core straight out.
  2. Insert a fresh core of the right type — Plus cores for Plus, Pro cores for Pro.
  3. Refit the Flow Dot (Plus) or slide the barrel back on (Pro).

Cores last about 2–3 days. Used cores go in with general household waste.
