How do I track my order?You get a PostNL tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.How long does delivery take?Next working day in the Netherlands and the UAE, 2 days to Belgium, 3–4 across Europe, 10 to the US, 12 to Canada and Australia.Where is my order?Check your PostNL tracking link first — most parcels are simply still in transit.My delivery is missing or lateAfter two weeks with no delivery, report it to us and we will sort it out.Tracking shows no updateScans can pause for several days between hubs, especially on international routes.Marked delivered but not receivedCheck with neighbours and around the property, then contact us with your order number.International shipping, duties & VATWe ship worldwide and we pay import duties and VAT — the only exception is UK orders above £135.Shipping costsShipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
