The core keeps falling out
Check you are using the right core for your model, that it is fully seated, and that the chamber is dry.
- Confirm the core matches your model — Plus cores fit Plus, Pro cores fit Pro.
- Push the core fully home so it sits flush.
- Make sure the chamber is clean and completely dry after washing.
- Lio Plus: refit the Flow Dot. Lio Pro: slide the barrel fully back on.
