What is your return policy?
Return after a 30-day trial, within the week that follows. You pay return postage; refunds are processed within a week of arrival.
- When: after 30 days of use, within the following week.
- What: the device, used or unused. Cores may be returned if unopened, but you do not have to send them — we dispose of them.
- Postage: paid by the customer.
- Refund: processed within one week of the return arriving.
